I have a passion for the job as it allows me to help and foster children while they grow and become the best version of themselves! My approach to childcare involves listening to the childs wants and needs and addressing them according as well as respecting the child in the same way I ask them to respect me. I find too often people treat children as though they have no rational thought. While their thoughts may not be as rational ours, they are still valid. I think it is very important that children are heard and not dismissed. I have experience with children from the age of 2 months to 18 years. I have taken care of multiple children at once, as well as children/teens with special needs.
