Growing up in a single-working-parent household from a young age, I am no stranger to caring for younger siblings. I always have cooked and cleaned for others; it's just a part of life. I have since babysat kids ages 6months-12years throughout highschool and college. Most recently, I was a live-out nanny in Penticton for 6 months this past winter (I can provide a reference for this if you like). I am an aunty to a two-year-old and a 4-mo-old. They are the best, but they live in Ontario, so I am missing out on kid-time big time! I know how much work kids are and I feel for parents. I just want to offer my support, care, and efforts wherever I can to make life a little bit easier.
