Hi there. My name is Kathleen. I am a 22-year-old who is currently in 3rd year of Nursing school. Will be available to nanny as of May 2021. I have always had a passion for working with children growing up in a household consisting of home daycare and foster parenting. I have recently worked as an ECE assistant at a licensed daycare in the baby, toddler, and preschool groups. have been exposed to extensive child-rearing activities working at the daycare. I learned early on how to handle challenging situations while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I have recently completed a Pediatrics/neonatal placement as part of my nursing degree, and I envision working in a neonatal unit upon completing my program. I am looking forward to a lifelong career working with children and their parents. The safety of one's children is of paramount importance and taking on the responsibility of looking after another family's most precious asset cannot be taken lightly. I take safety extremely seriously, and am trained and certified in childhood first-aid and CPR.
