My name is Karishma .I come from an educated background. Recently, I have completed my Montessori training, which has enhanced my knowledge in early childhood education. Additionally, I am a dedicated mother to my beautiful daughter, who is currently three and a half years old. I consider myself to be a kind, compassionate, and caring individual, particularly when it comes to children. While financial compensation is not my primary concern at the moment, my main goal is to find a family that I can connect with and work with to provide a nurturing environment for their children.I am a passionate, responsible, and dedicated childcare professional with over 5 years of experience. Trained as a Montessori teacher, I am fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi. My approach is rooted in emotional support, humility, and immense patience with children.
