For the past 12 winters, I have spent 3-5months each year working in India on a volunteer project teaching in destitute communities. I have taught daycare-5th grade basic english, math, and designed crafts and activities. I have also worked in a boys orphanage of 80 from ages 5-18 as well as a disabled school and a community called "ragpickers|" whom do not attend school but collect recycled material in exchange for money. The orphanage, disabled school, and ragpickers have been strictly crafts, music and games.
