I have over 15 years experience providing child and pet care, and other home services . I grew up on the east coast, just outside of Halifax. Family is my biggest value in life and that is what ultimately lead me to Muskoka in late 2016 and then Ottawa 2019. I continued to offer my services in Muskoka as well and again built a great clientele. I can provide references from Nova Scotia, Calgary, Muskoka AND Ottawa. I available immediately. I own my own vehicle and am quite flexible with hours. Growing up, I worked with children as early as 13 offering babysitting services as well as nursery and Sunday school in church. I also volunteered for multiple day/sleep away camps for various churches across Nova Scotia. In university I worked for multiple families with infants up to pre-teens, day and overnight care. I grew up with an older sister and also a brother who was born profoundly deaf and struggled with ADD, among other challenges. I am empathetic and compassionate, almost to a fault. I strive to provide excellent care, and understand that to a child, you are becoming a part of their world and are not simply out of sight, out of mind. I believe in making a connection and being someone you and your children can trust and rely on.
