I have been a nanny for two years now for two wonderful families and I provide counselling to troubled kids on a volunteer basis. I was a tutor for school age children for a few years and also employed by the West Vancouver Education Academy organizing the children's library etc. I am a semi-retired artist. My background is in the administrative field, however, as with my art, now I want to do what I truly love. I love kids and want to be a positive influence in their lives so I decided being a nanny was the natural choice. I love seeing kids blossom and thrive! My main experience, is being a single mom, in raising my daughter (with high needs) Haven't you found that it is not only our children who learn and grow, but us as parents as well?
