I found Johan on care.com and took a chance. My son is only 6 months old so I hung around a lot the first few days. Johan was wonderful. She's very kind, gentle and patient. She arrived on time and was flexible when I needed a small change in schedule. She's super reliable and cared for my son with a great deal of love. I'd highly recommend you hire her. I had reached out to other people on this site and several didn't respond and one didn't even show up - Johan was a breath of fresh air, responsive and very willing to help. She is loving, organized, helped with tidying and reliable. I've used her help several times now.
