My name is Jessie, I am a recent graduate of Western University's teacher's college program. I have been supply teaching for TVDSB for both elementary and high school over the past year. I have over seven years of experience working and volunteering children and teenagers. I worked at an overnight sports camp for four years, where I was selected to run the counsellor in training program 2 years in a row. This experience allowed me to develop my passion for providing a fun, safe and welcoming environment for youth. In 2020, I was fortunate enough to join a family with a 9 year old son who I nannied full-time for the year and assisted with online school. I am very passionate about helping children learn, grow and succeed while having fun doing it! I am seeking to find a family that needs child care during July and August (weekdays). I am very outdoorsy, love sports, and have a whole bunch of creative activities and games up my sleeve! Really hoping to find the right family to help out!
