I have just graduated from the Early Childhood Education Diploma program at Douglas College earning my Early Childhood Education License to Practice, Special Needs Certificate and Infant and Toddler Certificate. I have been working with infants and toddlers professionally through my studies for the past 2 years, but also have lots of casual child care experience from babysitting jobs back in high school. I hold a clear criminal record, a valid emergency child care first aid certificate and excellent references. I have been working in licensed day care centres the past couple years, but am seeking a full time work opportunity where I can provide the care and attention I believe young children deserve that can be missed in group settings. Infants and toddlers have always been my passion since I can remember and I feel truly blessed that I have earned a profession that allows me to spend my days learning and exploring with them.
