I have been in child care for 7+ years, I absolutely love working with children. The developmental stage is so important and my degree in youth and child care / human development really helped me understand how crucial these stages are. I am looking for a family that might need full time, part time, evening, overnight help - I have some flexibility and a resume / some great references I can share.
