About Jennifer
39 years old
I have worked as a health care assistant for 10 years but I would like to transition to providing childcare so my kids have other kids to socialize and play with. Our family most likely had COVID in March 2020, and I will be fully immunized with Phizer in Feb 21 2020. I want to ensure those I care for feel safe and to discuss what expectations and needs are between our families.
My son is 8 and and my daughter is 12. Both my daughter and son were homeschooled before COVID and continue to stay at home. We go to the beach or for a walk everyday. I love structure, and try to provide structure for my kids so that they can take initiatives. My kids and I cook together often and play music. We do not have technology before 6pm unless it is for a school project. I have a passion for biology, and art that I strive to share with my kids. I am hoping to work in daycare so my kids are meeting and socializing with other kids, and to take a break from stress as a health care assistant. I am fully certified with first aide and I am accoustomed and used to caring for many people with diverse mental or physical challenges.
