Hi Parents and kids I have cared for children of all ages and all personalities I get down to their level to figure things out and I am always quiet, kind, fair and tough when need be. I will adhere to family disciplines and rules and would love to be a member of the family not just an "employee" to help the children thrive. They are my main concern while maintaining a healthy, safe, fun, loving home. I really enjoy kids and watching them learn and develop into kind caring adults but communication is huge for me between kids and I and parents and I also are manners, I believe kids learn by our actions and reactions.
