I’ve been working in the childcare field for nearly 20 years over two countries and provinces. My husband and I moved to Kitchener in Nov 2021 which I had the opportunity to go back to school to work in a medical office setting. I’m passionate about helping people whether that’s kids in a childcare setting or adults in a private office setting. I’ve had many years of experience communicating with people of various ages (parents, grandparents, kids) and believe this experience has prepared me well for the next stage of my career. I work well under pressure whether managing difficult discussions or handling system or billing problems. My previous employers would say that I’m very reliable, passionate about my work and provide consistent service by communicating well.
