From a young age I volunteered as a mother’s helper, I graduated from the St John Ambulance Babysitter’s course and completed my City of Toronto Counselor in Training Leadership program. I went on to work in several different day and overnight camps with different focuses: crafts, games and equine work, with a variety of ages, backgrounds, and special needs. I was the coordinator and member of the Youth Group at my Church, including retreats and workshops. I continued to childcare through university and enjoyed finding bilingual opportunities. Pursuing education as a career is the greatest sign of my commitment to today’s young and youth. I love child minding as it gives me an opportunity to share my experience as a teacher from the classroom and an educator in the community. My past and present dedication to our upcoming generations drives me to learn and grow with children by engaging and respecting a shared place full of fun!
