I have 2 years of experience working in a daycare setting. I am a preschool teacher and I am also a daycare and before and after school caregiver. I have cared for children ages 3-11. I have experience caring for children in a large group (maximum 15) or a small group as well. I do all sorts of activities with the children such as: arts and crafts, sports, games, swimming, taking them to the park, organizing talent shows, birthday parties etc. Being a caregiver of small children I must be able to have a lot of patience. As a caregiver, I am able to remain calm in stressful and difficult situations and I am organized and efficient. I am able to connect very easily with children and I am able to show care and affection for them. I love working with children because they are full of so much joy and I believe it is something I was meant to do.
