Hello! I have recently finished a year of university majoring in Social Work, in hope of specializing in Youth Work. Prior to that I volunteered for 3 years with the YMCA 'Grow n Learn' building, coordinating programs for children aged 0- 5. I also volunteered at Empire Elementary School as an Educational Assistant, working with Grades Pre-K through 4 and worked alongside the Special Education teachers. I have 7 years of babysitting experience as well as growing up in a single parent home as the oldest sibling. I worked in a daycare with 4-12 children aged 0-6, within that job I learned how to orchestrate nap time, lunch and snack as well as how to keep children busy with toys, books and educational songs! I love to be outside and would like to incorporate that as well as crafts and other activities to keep children engaged and learning! I have references available and can answer any questions you have!
