I am young woman looking for a babysitting position. I couple things you might like to know about me is that I am a non-smoker and am a Christian. My experienced has grown over the years that Ive worked as a child care provider of multiple kids from ages 6m-13. I’ve taken care of my 3 nieces, in church nurseries and at camp daycares. I am familiar in taking care of children with disorders such as special needs, temperament issues, adhd, add, autism, and anxiety disorders. Additional services that I provide are moderate house cleaning/organizing, and taking care of any pets, big or small. My goal is to establish a personal relationship with your family where they feel safe, respected and happy. Some caregivers parent harshly but that is not the route I like to take and believe parenting with understanding, compassion and listening to a child makes for a much better outcome. Usually when I start babysitting for a new family, we will discuss in depth any boundaries, challengers, expectations, parenting styles and goals you might have.
