I grew up babysitting my two younger brothers as well as a bunch of younger cousins. I worked as a gymnastics coach for 3 years. I would organize and manage 3 classes per shift with 6-8 kids in each class. I worked with a variety of ages ranging from 3-16. I currently help with my church’s Sunday school. I manage about 5-10 kids from all different ages.
