My name is Hayley & I am a twenty six year old wellness practitioner. I currently work with at-risk youth teaching mindfulness in a dialectical behavior therapy group. I am passionate about teaching youth interpersonal skills - from mindfulness, emotional regulation to communication skills & conflict resolution. I have ten years of babysitting experience with sufficient skills in housekeeping, meal preparation & child supervision. My hobbies include anything that keeps me active or creative! I love art, yoga, meditation & baking.
