I believe that my capacity to adapt to any scenario or place has given me confidence in my ability to fulfil the requirements for this position. Endorsing/Advocating for children, working directly with families to develop goals and track progress, and ensuring the correctness of all documentation and reporting are all part of my professional background. I worked in a childcare facility where I learned that not everyone behaved the same. I also learned that their process of thinking varied and that I needed to observe and provide strategies to keep the children interested in what they were learning. These experiences have equipped me with the required skills to flourish in any related field, specifically with providing support/help as well as a positive/confident attitude along with the ability to maintain a professional environment in the workplace.
