Hi! I'm Hailey, I'm 25 and I've been in childcare for over a decade. I've recently started my own business in my career (functional medicine) hence i have limited availability, but i’m also very flexible. I adore spending time with children and have a wide range of experience looking after anywhere from newborns to 12 years old. I have looked after 5 under 5, 6 month old twins with a toddler, and single children. I am patient, responsible, nurturing and most of all a big child myself - part of a reason I connect with kids so well. I love being outdoors and playing all sports, playing games, reading, or just helping little minds learn about their world. My approach with kids is gentle and playful, and to genuinely engage with your children - not distract them and sit on my phone .
