I have completed a College' for their Educational Support Diploma. The Educational Support Diploma qualifies me to assist school children with learning, sensory and physical, and intellectual disabilities. I have also completed a College's Autism & Behavioural Sciences program, where I gained the necessary skills & knowledge to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in educational, therapy, and community settings. I currently work as an Educational Assistant in the HDSB and have worked in primary classrooms all over the board. I am currently in a contract position in a JK/SK class, with a highlighted importance on outdoor education. I am very passionate about working with children because I like making a difference in young people's lives. I believe that childcare work makes a difference in children's lives because I have the ability to instill life lessons through social interactions.
