My strong background in safety is exemplified through my national lifeguard certification, basic lifesaving certification, and extensive child-care experience. In the past, I have volunteered teaching kids how to skate for roughly three years. Recently I have been instructing swimming with the Red Cross for about two years. Teaching valuable lessons through sports, both skating and swimming, has been provided to kids aging from preschool to around 14 years of age. For the past two summers, I have also worked at an overnight summer camp in Kananaskis. For a non-profit organization, I cared for eight kids at a time, primarily with one co-counsellor. Responsibilities included maintaining a positive environment through programming, safety, and basic care. In addition, I have achieved my quadruple gold award with Skate Canada, which took the entirety of my nine-year figure-skating career to obtain. After graduating from high school in 2019, I went to Mount Royal University for a year under the nursing program. I am currently finishing my first year.
