I am a third year university student aiming to acquire additional income through following my passion for child care. As a teenager I was a regular babysitter within the community of my hometown and I always enjoyed my time with the kids. When I graduated from high school in 2014, I became one of the primary caregivers of a 5 year old child who was in foster care. He is a wonderful and playful little boy and I am happy to have been able to assist with his transition into his permanent home. I remained in this role for two years before transitioning into my academic career. I now strive to earn my masters degree in social work in the hopes of working with kids as my future career.
