Overall, I have 5 years experience in childcare. I worked in the Philippines for 1 year with children with special needs from ages 2 to 9 years old and partly took care of my foster brother from age 5months until 5 years old. I have 1 year Canadian childcare experience, 5months in Oshawa 2 children ages 1 and 13 then in my recent position which I just finished my contract last month, 7months in Alberta with 4 children diagnosed with mental disability (ADHD & Autism) ages 9 to 14 and also took care of 2 lovely large dogs. I have gained valuable experience in caring for children of various ages, from infants to school-aged children. My skills include creating engaging activities to promote both learning and creativity, managing daily routines, and ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed. I am also experienced in providing emotional support and building positive relationships with children to encourage their development and well-being. I am currently holding a valid open work permit that allows me to work legally in Canada.
