Hello! I have experience working with children of all ages and am confident in my ability to meet the individual needs of the children I am with. When working with children, I like to plan fun arts and crafts activities, go on adventurous nature walks, and play educational games. I have worked in very demanding settings with multiple children; I have experience doing a plethora of household tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, pet care, homework help, overnights and even traveling with families. I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can feel Seen, Safe, Soothed, & Secure.. I model my approach to childcare largely after the book "Whole Brain Child" by Dan Siegel... If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend it!
