I have successfully operated my daycare for over thirty years and my references from parents are excellent. I have an abundance of toys, craft supplies, children’s books, puzzles for indoor entertainment. I have a huge beautiful back yard with a newer swing/slide set, playhouse and outdoor toys. I have always taken the children outside daily, all four seasons, requiring parents to dress them accordingly for the weather. I provide a healthy mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack. I serve foods according to the Canadian Food Guide including a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole wheat bread and milk daily - with a treat now and then! I am semi retired now but wish to continue childcare part time for a while for additional income. Not to mention I miss having little ones around, having run my daycare for so many years!
