We found Devin here on care.com about a year ago and couldn't be more happy with her. Our children aged 1, 8 and 10 and the oldest 2 are constantly asking when we'll be going out again as they know Devin will be coming over for the evening. She is mature beyond her years, trustworthy, kind, engaging, creative, smart and relaxed in demeanor. She does crafts with the kids while we're gone and serves them dinner and cleans up the kitchen so it's spotless when we come home. The kids are always to bed on time and we've not once had any sort of problem. Even our youngest one that had some separation issues with mom, was handled masterfully by Devin and now no longer cries when we go out for the night. When we leave the house we always know the kids are in good hands and as a parent, we all know how important that feeling is!
