I am an individual who enjoys spending time with children and giving my all when I am around them. I believe that it is important for children to feel comfortable when they are around adults who are not their parents. I have been caring for and looking after children for about 6 years now, and I love coming back to care for the same children again and again to build that report and stability with routine. On top of babysitting experience I also work with children and youth in other capacities. Such as volunteering at camps and youth ministries at my local church. I have previously taught children ages 8-16 how to canoe. I was in this position for four years and loved it. At times it was challenging being near the water with a group children, but I feel as though I learned to stay calm in that situation, which has grown me as a babysitter. (Last minute babysitting is okay with me as I am available almost every evening through the week and weekend)
