Hi, my name is Deeanna, I am a motivated and compassionate 21 year old who is currently completing my Early Childhood Studies degree at Ryerson University. I have been working with children for 8 years, which has involved babysitting for various families, field experience in a daycare with toddlers and preschoolers and working at an Ontario Early Years drop in centre. Since I was young, I have had a great passion for children and fostering their growth and development. I starting babysitting when I was 12 years old, and since then have learned a lot about children and their development through hands on experience and theoretical courses on subjects like curriculum development, human development and social and emotional growth, for example. Throughout the years, I have gained experience with a diverse group of children ranging from newborn to teenagers. With these experiences, I have learned to adapt to any situation and provide to children's needs in the best way possible.
