- cooking - cleaning - keeping kids on schedule - help with homework - willing to scoot kids to their rooms when they cause trouble and won't let up - I communicate well with kids and their parents - I grew up with 3 siblings and lots of cousins. Most of my generation of family is younger than I am - I consider a premeditated interview for who will or won't be your babysitter to be mandatory
