I am a nature educator with 5+ years experience working with children of all ages. I have First Aid and CPR "C" certification, valid police check and a diploma in Outdoor and Adventure Education from Fleming College. I have training and experience in risk management, inquiry-based learning, and naturalist training. For the past 3 years I have been working for an Outdoor Education non profit in Lindsay as a Lead Educator, Summer Day Camp Director/Counselor, and Outdoor School Developer and Program Leader. Before my work at the non profit I ran programs at an Outdoor Centre in Haliburton. Developing and facilitating recreational and educational programs for classes, teams, families and staff. I am looking for part time or full time work as a baby sitter/nanny for a family that values nature for their child(ren) and would like to accompany their child's life with a deep connection to nature cultivated by an experienced educator.
