I’ve have a great amount of experience working with children, and have been babysitting for close to 7 years. I was previously a nanny for 3 children for about 8 months before I had moved to Sudbury, the children were ages 1-11 and one child was on the autism spectrum. I’ve worked with children who have special needs for about 3 years. Presently I am a respite worker for an 12 year old child who has special needs and requires one on one personal/behavioural care. I am able to balance all tasks given to me (caring for children, cooking, light cleaning). I am currently enrolled in the social work program at laurentian university and am extremely eager to pursue a career that is devoted to helping others.
