I have been babysitting young children since the age of twelve, and for the past two years while attending Graduate school in Ottawa I babysat/ acted as a third caregiver to my housemates toddler (I watched her from the ages of 1 - 2). I absolutely loved taking care of her throughout the day making sure she got time outside as well as time being creative and developing her mental and motor skills. I am also able to do diaper changes for those still in them and can take care of any issues in that area such as rashes. A little bit more about myself. I have a bachelors degree from UNB and I am currently completing my masters. I moved back to Fredericton in August and I am looking for more permanent work here. I really enjoyed the experience of caretaking while away and would love to lend that support for those in need here. I have my own transportation and can transport the child(ren) where they need to be. I am also able to cook meals for them, and take the necessary food safety steps for smaller children. I am also able to keep a tidy environment while on the job.
