I'm Blythe, a 20-year-old university student with 9 years of experience in child care! I started babysitting at 11 and have always been a natural with kids. I'm extremely engaging with kids of all ages and value fostering their interests, curiosity, and creativity. I believe children are capable individuals so I am here to keep them safe, supported, and valued. I have been working as an ECE assistant with children ages 1-3 for 6 months now and did a temporary placement in summer school with children ages 10-13! I have plans to pursue childcare professionally and hope to expose myself to families from all walks of life to expand my experience and approach.
