She is very nice and has a soft way with children. The reason I give poor stars is because even though she says she has experienced unfortunately it didn't seem so for the age my child was (1 year old), and I felt we spent a lot of time explaining which foods a toddler can eat or how to prepare simple meals like macaroni. Finally, at the end she did not even show up for a shift and did not even call. Of course, we worried she got in an accident but instead she had gone to the apple store. I felt that we paid her well and were nice to her but she did not seem to take the job very seriously and it's sad because it takes a lot of time to interview and train people. Plus I was always here at the house so she was not even alone and most of the time she just assisted me. It seemed that she did not know how to play with children or have fun but maybe she just doesn't like working.
