Hi, Families! My name is Asch. I've been caring for children since I was 10 years old, I'm not 27. I started babysitting and later become a full-time nanny. It's apart of who I am and one of the things that I truly value about myself. I enjoy a variety of things such as music, writing, drawing, weaving, embroidery, jewellery making, etc... just to name a few. ;D I love teaching all these things to the children I care for. Doing indoor activities like crafts, baking, etc and outdoor activites is very important for children and something I love doing with them. Creating a safe environment where a child(ren) can grow, learn and have fun, is something I exceed in. I want to strengthen a child's mind and teach them that if they believe in something, they can achieve it. A lot of times when a child has an outburst it's because they can't communicate their needs and frustrations so I've learned to go down to their level (my knees) and listen. I want to be your children's friend but I also know I'm there to keep healthy boundaries. I'd like to be a part of your family and not a stranger watching your kids. This is a career that really matters to me. I'm an open book, ask away!
