Ange impressed me from her first phone call. She is business like, clear and direct in her contact yet she is also outgoing and upbeat in her manner. Unlike her picture, she has a ready smile and a sense of humour! She has been punctual and hard working with enthusiasm. She and a friend did gardening work as well as some heavy duty patio brick work and though not experienced with the brick work jumped in and did a good job. She is not afraid of work!
