I have worked with children and people with special needs since I was a teenager. Experience includes many areas of life from camp counselor and teaching swimming to working in group homes for kids or adults with special needs. I have about 12 years expeirence as an educational assistant, as well.as doing respite in-home care and therapy and staying with kids while parents have a needed vacation. I raised 2 boys, who are now 16 and 18 years old and have many excellent references, which are available upon request.
