I have been a nanny for a family in Kamloops for the past 5 years, I spend the summer there and do daily chores and activities with the kids who are 3, 5 and 14. I woke up when the parents left for work and would wake up the 14 year old to get ready for school, get all the kids ready for the day, feed them breakfast and walk the oldest to the bus. When we got back we played inside/outside, I made lunch and the parents were home by dinner time. I have been babysitting for my cousins and other friends and family throughout the years and am happy to do household chores, prep and cook meals, and get kids ready for bed time. I have also been a member of the Big Sister Program for three years to the same girl who I saw weekly. I work part-time in a restaurant, mostly on evenings and weekends, so my preference would be daytime care. I see myself as a very loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion to the children that I have taken care of. I am very reliable, responsible and organized.
