I completed the Red Cross babysitter's course in 2011 and babysat for a toddler, 5 year old girl, and 7 year old boy, from 2011 to 2014. I also tutored the eldest in math and language during this time. Next I became a swim instructor from 2014 to 2016 and worked with all ages of children and levels of ability in engaging, fun, but safe environments. During this time I was also a substitute basketball instructor. Summer 2016 I had the privilege to care for girls ages 7-16 as a camp counsellor at Camp Tanamakoon. Where I was responsible for a cabin as well as organized and ran fun activities for the girls. I have been working with Bricks4Kids since 2016. Running day camps, after-school programs, and birthday parties with 6-11 year olds. I currently work at Looking Glass Adventures where I take elementary and middle school aged children through escape room themed birthday parties. I currently hold Standard First Aid with CPR-C, Red Cross Swim Instructing, and High-Five certifications. I am a graduate of Second City's Improv program with a love of all things playful and fun.
