I am a strong educator with a passion towards building healthy social skills and empathy. I started my role as an R.E.C.E with the Y.M.C.A working in a preschool room, over-time I have advanced to an on-site supervisor for a before and after school program. I'm on the pathways to running my own child care. I continue to work with professionals in the field to increase my knowledge with working with challenging behaviors and looking new strategies to assist in my care for special needs children.
