Lindy is kind and caring and engages children in activities they enjoy. My children liked having her as a babysitter and were always happy to see her. However, Lindy needs to work on time management, as she had a tendency to be late to work, until reminded to come earlier. She also needed reminding of my children's school schedules and my toddler's naptime schedule. Lindy also showed some absentmindedness in caring for my toddler -- mainly by not following the routine he was used to.
