Child Care in Newcastle

| I have experience providing care for children 6 months and up, which include 'at risk' kids and children with special needs. I have a degree in social work and social psychology, as well as a CPR/First Aid certification. In the past, I have worked in shelters and with newcomers to Canada. I have my own vehicle, am comfortable with pets and like to maintain a clean environment. I would be happy to provide references when I meet with you to discuss your family's needs.

| I am looking for a part-time or full-time Nanny position. I do have my own house so I am open to do childcare in my home as well. I am currently residing in Oshawa. I am looking for work as close to Oshawa as possible but have travelled for work before as far as Whitby, Ajax, Bowmanville and Newcastle. Duties/Tasks included bath time at night, putting them to bed, waking the children up for school, making breakfast, packing lunches, and getting them ready and off to school. outdoor activities during the day, learning strategies, potty training, newborn care. I also have experience working with children and adults with disabilities such as autism. I have worked with children of all ages including newborn. I also have a 4.5 year old myself that has started JK this year, which is why i'm looking to get back to work!
