| Hello, I'm Hailey! I’ve always had a strong passion for working with kids, and I believe that creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment is key to helping them thrive. I am currently at Western University completing my undergraduate degree in psychology. I have years of experience and developed a well-rounded understanding of how to connect with children and support their growth. I’ve homeschooled my four younger sisters, all of which have a variety of disorders including ADHD and Fetal Alcohol syndrome. Which gave me the ability to develop patience, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In addition to homeschooling, I am a lifeguard and have my standard first aid along with a handful of other qualifications. I’ve spent several summers teaching swimming and sailing to kids, which taught me how to keep them engaged, active, and most importantly, safe. I’m always looking for ways to encourage confidence and independence in children, whether it’s through learning new skills or just having fun. I love getting to know each child on a personal level and finding out what makes them unique.
