Child Care in Canyon

| Hi, my name is Sophie! I have been a caregiver to children for about 10 years now. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and safe environment for children where they can not only have fun, but feel heard and respected as individuals. As a caregiver I focus on: -Gentle approaches to big feelings while still maintaining boundaries to keep everyone safe and respected -Learning through play or games geared in age appropriate skill learning -Outdoor play -Clear and honest communication with parents/guardians of children -Safety (car seat safety, choking risks, water safety, etc) -Interactive care and having fun with them! I have worked in a daycare type setting (age ranges newborn-9yrs) in the past along with done private babysitting and nanny work for families. I am able to have children in my home (we have pets if there are allergies: 1 dog & 2 cats) and am also able to care for children at your home as well.
