| I have been around children and babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have babysat up to five children at a time and have been a live-in babysitter for one week to care for three children. I have worked with children from 1-12 years old babysitting, in nursery, and Sunday school. I love kids and always like to find activities to do away from the television. I am artistic and enjoy doing all sorts of crafts and drawing and also love the outdoors. You can be sure your children will not be kept in front of a television but will receive one on one attention and activities. I am a compassionate individual and seek to encourage any child I am around in their interests and things they love. I strive to keep a tidy home while putting the emphasis on caring for children. In April 2014, I found a job through this website caring for three boys ages one, three, and five. We daily played games, went outdoors, and I took the children to the park. I’ve worked for the boys and girls club after school program as a supervisor as well. I’ve also volunteered at a week long overnight summer camp and was responsible for making sure children followed their daily routines, made it on time to all their activities, while also assisting them in personal care (haircare, making sure showering regularly, teeth brushed and got dressed for the day every morning, beds were made. Ext..) I also have experience with just babysitting children as needed by friends and family and have so much fun doing so! It’s an honour to be so highly trusted with their precious little ones. I am sure treat each individual child as if they were my own and understand each child is different and may require different needs. That being said I also have experience with children that have ADHD, that are on the autism spectrum and anxiety (separation and social).
