I have a valid babysitters course certification as well as my Red Cross first aid. In high school I took a course that taught how to care for children, it covered materials such as developmental stages and what is appropriate for each stage as well as food, sleep, and activities. I also took part in a 4 month practicum as part of this course. During the 4 months I was able to observe and care for up to 20 children at a time. I am comfortable and confident around kids.
