Looking for someone who is energetic who can do activities with my son in the evenings throughout the week or on the weekends. I am looking for about 3-6 hours a week of support. My son loves baseball, fishing, frisbee, biking, arts and crafts, and typically needs to be on the move or planning his next move. He loves sports cards and Pokémon as well. I am looking for a young adult who has experience with children and youth, that could participate in some of the above activities with my son.

Support with independent, daily living at home and in the community. This could include grocery shopping, going to the gym, running errands, appointments, going for coffee etc. Dual diagnosis Experience with schizophrenia is important. Must have a vehicle. Loving and kind child with attention difficulties and impulsive tendencies. Loves being outdoors and most sport activities. Very inquisitive and asks many, many questions. Grade 12 reading level, though learning disability in math. Student is going into grade 6 and is a strong A-B level with the rare C grade. This student loves coding and robotics and aspires to be a robotics engineer. I have been off of work to care for our grandchild when she came to live with us. I am now looking to return to the work force, hopefully full-time. During the summer break, PA days, and March break, I need care during the day, and once school starts, I need the student picked up from school or off of a school bus in your area with care for a few hours, the latest being 7 pm. I would need someone willing to care for the child when they are sick as well.

He shares time between my place and moms, 50/50 every other week and his mom may also be interested in the other weeks. I may work until 7:30 or 9pm and Saturdays when he is around. I have a partner that I live with who can sometimes help but also sometimes works Saturdays and evenings

Experience with children with Autism, Down Syndrome, or Developmental Delays. Experience with preschool to school age children. Ability to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen/Police Check Experience with tutoring or behavioural therapy and sign language an asset.
